New CFO for Spirt Avert AG

As of today, Stefan Hofer will take over the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Spirt Avert AG.

Stefan Hofer, a Swiss national, has a degree as certified controller and has extensive knowledge in finance and accounting. Before joining Spirt Avert, Mr. Hofer worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Lucerne during five years. There he was responsible for the auditing of annual financial statements and the consultancy of medium-sized companies compiled according to international accounting principles (IFRS).

With the appointment of Stefan Hofer, Spirt Avert has found a highly qualified specialist who is ideally positioned for the future focus of the company.
