Strategic investor takes a stake in Spirt Avert AG

Germany-based (Essen) con|energy ag has today announced the acquisition of 5.57% of the capital and 4.13% of the votes of Spirt Avert AG. The investment is of strategic nature, and was made with the full agreement of the management of Spirt Avert AG. The acquisition respects the development of the mindset electric vehicle.

con|energy ag is one of the leading consulting and service-provision enterprises in the German energy sector. The goal of the joint strategy between con|energy and Spirt Avert is a better integration between electricity providers and the zero-emission electric car mindset. The balancing between peak demand for electricity and low demand during the night will allow for new product developments and creates a highly interesting opportunity from a commercial point of view.

The disclosure of the investment in Spirt Avert AG pursuant to disclosure regulations is done with the aim of making the financial interests of con|energy in the mindset project completely transparent.
