Change in the Board of Directors of Nextrom Holding - restructuring completed

Nextrom Holding AG announces the resignation of Mr. Georg Knill from its Board of Directors, as of November 7th, 2005.
The coordinated resignation marks the final step of the formerly announced divestment. We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Knill for his initiative and support during the whole reorganisation.

Furthermore, Nextrom Holding AG announces the arrival of Dr. Juerg Leupp as the CEO of the group. Dr. Leupp, former Executive Division board member of Alusuisse, will add substantial industrial know-how to the organisation.
