Release of court injunction - Restructuring completed

Nextrom Holding is pleased to announce that the preliminary ex-parte court injunction initiated by Maillefer SA has been released. After intense and constructive discussions, both parties, Maillefer and Nextrom, have found an agreement on friendly terms.

The release of the said court injunction opens the way for Nextrom Holding to pursue its restructuring process as planned. As of today, the divestment of the loss-making fiber units is completed.
