Alpha InnoTec invests 13 million €

The construction works for the new production and logistic center in the German heatquarters of Alpha-InnoTec (located in Kasendorf, in Northern Bavaria) are in full activity. Already at the end of the year 2005, construction works with a total volume of 13 million euros were planned. After completion, the company should be enlarged to a total area of 35,000 square meters.

The outstanding growth of the heat pump branch in the year 2006 acknowledged the planning of the Alpha-InnoTec management not only to further enlarge the production but also to completely reconstructure the company with an additional building. With the planned new building, the production capacity of Alpha-InnoTec will more than be doubled. The new production will be in use ex spring 2007.

2007: Shorter delivery times
During the last years, there was in general a very strong demand for the so-called “standard heat pumps” with a capacity of 6 to 15 kW. These machines will be built on an especially designed production line. With his new concept, the delivery times for “standard” heat pumps can be extremely shortened. With other special production lines, there will be additionally built small series as well as special and huge heat pumps that are adapted to individual demands.

New Service and customer center
In order to guarantee besides first-class technology also first-class service, the second building phase (starting 2007) will also include a service and customer center. Due to the extremely positive market development and the company figures, the headquarter in Kasendorf will be now enlarged earlier as planned in the beginning by two additional halls.

Over 150 new employees
In order to keep up with the strong demand for Alpha-InnoTec heat pumps in the year 2006, over 150 new employees were recruited during the last five months. In the meantime, more than 300 employees ensure a reliable production and an excellent service - and the number will increase!
Together with the company enlargement in 2007, at least 50 more jobs will be created.
